About this fabric

Fine branching stems weave across the cream ground, carrying repeated yellow lemons alongside pointed leaves in soft bayleaf greens. The yellow is sunny rather than deep or ochre, while the foliage adds cool green contrast and definition to the delicate botanical drawing. This 265 gsm fabric has a 140 cm usable width, a 44 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 69.5 cm horizontal repeat. With 35.5 threads per cm, it has a substantial mid-weight handle suited to both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Lemon/Bayleaf on a relaxed armchair, bench or Roman blind where the cream ground can brighten the room and the yellow fruit can be echoed in cushions or painted accents. Pair it with warm natural woods and quiet green textiles to keep the botanical pattern fresh rather than overly formal.

Use the cream, lemon-yellow and leafy green palette to bring a fresh botanical lift to relaxed upholstery or softly tailored window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
