About this fabric

This fabric is a substantial woven upholstery cloth with a weight of 488gsm and a strong 100,000 rub test, so it has the body and durability expected of a seating fabric. The visible surface is a nubby, boucle-like grid of tiny loops and flecks, giving the colourway a warm, broken-up finish rather than a flat solid. In this version, terracotta, blush coral and muted clay tones sit over a grey-green ground, which keeps the overall look earthy and slightly weathered. It is 140cm wide and made from 50% rPET, 20% PC, 18% PL and 12% rPP, with a stain-resistant finish that suits practical interiors.

How to use it

Use Canna with oak, aged brass and plain linen to let the warm terracotta notes stay central. It works especially well on a sofa or occasional chair where the textured weave can add depth without feeling heavy.

A warm, tactile weave that brings soft colour and depth to everyday seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
