About this fabric
Woven in 100% polyester, this fabric comes in a 145cm width and is specified as spot clean only; it should not be ironed and is not fire retardant. The swatch shows a deep, even black with a faintly softened surface that stops it from looking flat or harsh. Its finish appears understated and smooth, making the colour feel dense and tailored rather than glossy. The overall effect is refined and severe, with just enough texture visible in the light to keep the black from disappearing completely into shadow.
How to use it
Use Stella Black on structured armchairs, benches or headboards where its dark tone can anchor a room. It pairs especially well with pale stone, warm oak or brushed brass for a sharp contrast.
