Lismore Fig

Elysian Wallpapers WallpaperSAW0122-04

Lismore Fig places individually illustrated feathers across a warm taupe ground, with plum, teal, lilac and sandy accents creating a softly layered botanical scene. The restrained background lets each feather’s fine markings remain visible without making the colourway feel bright.

About this fabric

The feathers vary from deep plum and burgundy through dusty teal, lilac, stone and muted sand, giving this colourway more depth than a single flat neutral. Dotted edges, curved bands and fine internal linework add a detailed, hand-drawn quality to the scattered motifs. This wallpaper has a 52 cm usable width and a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat, with no horizontal repeat recorded. It is supplied at a standard length of 10.05 m and has a listed weight of 173 gsm.

How to use it

Use the warm taupe ground as a quiet backdrop in a bedroom, study or reading nook, then pick up the plum and dusty teal feathers in painted wood, upholstery or small accessories. Its muted contrast works particularly well with aged brass, walnut and soft stone tones.

A softly muted taupe ground gives the plum, teal, lilac and neutral feather motifs a collected, quietly decorative presence.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lismore Fig without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
