About this fabric

This Sanderson velvet has a substantial 405gsm handle and a useable width of 148 cm, making it well suited to upholstery work that benefits from body and depth. The colour sits between grey and beige, with a chalky taupe cast that feels quietly warm rather than cool. With no pattern repeat, the surface is uninterrupted, so the fine pile and subtle directional light become the main visual interest. The 102 threads per cm specification supports the dense, refined appearance visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use this pumice tone on an occasional chair, headboard or banquette where a settled neutral is needed. It pairs neatly with oak, bronze and stone finishes, and works especially well in rooms that need softness without adding obvious colour.
