About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 139.5 cm, a vertical repeat of 63.5 cm and a horizontal repeat of 46.5 cm, making the illustrated scene repeat in a generous, rhythmic layout. At 250 gsm with 38 threads per cm, it reads as a substantial decorative textile rather than a flimsy print. The colourway is mostly soft cream, with pale blue-green outline bands, muted sage foliage and restrained ochre accents that keep the overall effect light and airy. The small woodland and pastoral motifs feel neatly detailed against the calm ground, so the pattern stays crisp rather than busy. It is a fabric that brings a quietly refined countryside note without overwhelming the room.

How to use it

Use it where the cream ground can lift darker joinery or heavier upholstery, or hang it at the window to let the blue-green meanders read clearly in daylight. It pairs well with painted wood in soft green, chalk white or warm natural oak.

A gentle country scene that works beautifully as tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
