About this fabric

This Sanderson x Giles Deacon fabric is a substantial textile at 520 gsm, with a usable width of 131 cm and a large 114 cm vertical repeat, so the pattern has real presence on an upholstered piece. The design shows nested diamonds made from fine zigzag and stripe details, and the woad blue ground is lifted by pale grey, ivory and misty aqua accents. Visually it feels cool and clean, with the blue sitting somewhere between denim and slate and the lighter centres giving the motif a slight shimmer. The 154 threads per cm specification suggests a closely woven structure, which suits the crisp definition of the pattern seen here.

How to use it

Use Dazzle Woad on an accent chair, bench or cushions where the large diamond repeat can be shown off. It works especially well with bleached oak, brushed metal and plain linens in soft grey or chalk white.
