Tuscany Aquamarine

Tuscany II Weaves FabricSAF0130-02

Tuscany Aquamarine is a softly variegated weave in a clear aquamarine blue, with pale sea-glass notes and a lightly mottled surface. The texture reads tactile and substantial, giving the colour a calm, sun-faded freshness.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Tuscany II Weaves collection has a distinctly textured, small-scale woven surface, with the blue sitting between aqua and pale turquoise rather than a flat cyan. At 344gsm, it has the body you would expect from an upholstery cloth, and the usable width is 137.5 cm. The weave shows tiny flecks and shifts in tone that break up the colour, so the finish feels lively but not busy. With no pattern repeat, the surface reads as a continuous texture rather than a printed design, which suits this relaxed, coastal-toned colourway.

How to use it

Use this aquamarine on a curved chair, bench cushion or set of tailored loose covers where the colour can brighten natural woods and chalky neutrals. It also works well with linen whites, pale oak and brushed brass for a cool, airy scheme.

A cool, woven aquamarine that brings an easy coastal freshness to upholstery and cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
