2026 Paint PaintZOP1155-35

The house has discontinued this one. We are keeping the page so the link still works, but we can no longer order it. There are alternatives below, and if you have a cutting or a photograph we will help you match it.

Wheatfield is a calm Zoffany beige with a grainy warmth in the colour, rather than a yellow cast. In the 2026 Paint range, it sits as an easy, lived-in neutral that feels grounded on the wall.

About this colour

This shade, #CEBEA5, reads as a soft wheat beige with a muted, slightly earthy warmth and a gentle greige edge. It reflects light without looking bright, so it softens a room rather than lifting it sharply. In a north-facing room it can turn a little cooler and more stone-like, while in south light the warmer biscuit tones come forward. It sits neatly beside natural oak, walnut, aged brass, and upholstery in chalky whites, clay pinks, olive greens, or deeper browns. In Acrylic Eggshell, Elite Emulsion, or True Matt, it gives the same restrained colour character across walls or joinery.

How to use it

Wheatfield suits sitting rooms, bedrooms, and hallways where you want a neutral that feels warm beside curtains in linen, wool, or muted floral cloth. It also works well on woodwork with upholstered pieces in tobacco, mushroom, sage, or indigo shades.

A warm beige like Wheatfield gives a room a settled, softly lit feel on the wall.

Pairs well with

Wheatfield is a wall colour, so these are the cloths that sit against it: one of them on the curtains, the paint behind. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
