About this colour

This shade, #CEBEA5, reads as a soft wheat beige with a muted, slightly earthy warmth and a gentle greige edge. It reflects light without looking bright, so it softens a room rather than lifting it sharply. In a north-facing room it can turn a little cooler and more stone-like, while in south light the warmer biscuit tones come forward. It sits neatly beside natural oak, walnut, aged brass, and upholstery in chalky whites, clay pinks, olive greens, or deeper browns. In Acrylic Eggshell, Elite Emulsion, or True Matt, it gives the same restrained colour character across walls or joinery.

How to use it
