Florenzo Indigo

Tuscany Book Collection FabricFLORENZO

Florenzo Indigo is a richly toned plain fabric in a deep, inky navy that reads calm and tailored. Its surface shows a soft linen-like crossweave that gives the colour subtle movement without breaking the clean look.

About this fabric

Woven in Belgium, Florenzo Indigo combines 54% polyester, 36% viscose and 10% linen for a substantial, versatile cloth with a 40,000 rub test. The fabric has a softly textured plain weave, with fine horizontal and vertical flecks visible across the surface that stop the navy from feeling flat. In this colourway, the blue is especially deep and cool, sitting between midnight and ink with a slightly smoky cast in the lighter threads. At 140cm wide and 490gsm, it has the weight and body to suit severe contract upholstery as well as drapes.

How to use it

Use Florenzo Indigo to ground a scheme with pale oak, chalk white or brushed metal, where its dark blue finish brings depth without pattern. It is also a strong choice for tailored curtains or a statement upholstered chair in a smart, contemporary room.

A refined navy with enough body for upholstery and drapes alike.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
