About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this 140 cm-wide fabric has a plain, closely textured face rather than a printed motif. The dusky slate colouring gives it a composed, slightly industrial feel, softened by the fine irregularity of the weave. With a 50,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for fixed upholstery as well as curtains and bedspreads. After care is cool machine wash minimum, professional dry cleaning, no tumble drying or bleaching, and cool ironing.

How to use it

Use this cool slate-blue on a tailored armchair, headboard or fixed seat where its restrained texture can carry the colour without a pattern. It also makes understated curtains or a bedspread, particularly alongside charcoal, pale grey, brushed metal and warm timber.
