About this fabric

The colour reads as a warm mustard-ochre, shaded with a muted brown depth rather than a bright yellow finish. Fine tonal movement across the surface and faint vertical texture catch the light subtly, giving the plain cloth a quietly tactile appearance. At 300gsm and 144cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight option for upholstery and drapery. There is no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, while the standard length is 35m.

How to use it

Use Alvar Turmeric to add grounded warmth to a neutral room, where its brown-ochre depth pairs naturally with timber, tan leather, cream and soft charcoal. It can bring a richer note to an upholstered chair or create softly coloured curtains without introducing a printed motif.
