About this fabric

This 98gsm Clarke & Clarke textile has a broad 297cm usable width, making the large-scale abstract layout well suited to full-length curtains. Its 66cm vertical and 70cm horizontal pattern repeat forms irregular blocks, scraped lines and broken horizontal bands rather than a regular geometric grid. Charcoal dominates the image with a smoky, cool presence, while muted gold catches across the surface in uneven metallic-looking strokes. The standard length is 40 metres, offering practical scope for coordinating drapery schemes.

How to use it

Use the charcoal ground to frame pale stone, concrete or warm grey furnishings, then echo the antique-gold marks with aged brass lighting or accessories. As curtains, its broken painterly pattern can bring depth to a room without introducing a brightly saturated accent.
