About this fabric

The design is formed from alternating broad mulberry bands and finer cream and taupe lines, creating a crisp vertical rhythm across the width. Its dark burgundy-plum tone feels rich and enveloping, while the pale stripes catch the light and prevent the ground from appearing flat. At 425gsm with a 138cm usable width, this is a notably substantial textile for upholstery projects. The pattern has no vertical repeat and a 9.2cm horizontal repeat, with a standard length of 35m.

How to use it

Use the deep mulberry ground on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa, balancing its wine-dark depth with warm neutrals, aged timber and soft cream accents. The vertical striping can also add a tailored, gently elongating effect to upholstered forms.

The dense 425gsm weave and structured vertical stripe make this a confident upholstery choice.
