About this fabric

This 100% linen fabric has a relaxed, dry handle that suits elegant soft furnishing and curtain work, with a width of approx. 134cm and a repeat of V 40cm / H 67cm approx. The design reads as an airy damask-like botanical, with slender trailing leaves and stylised artichoke blooms picked out in muted blue, sage and a touch of warm taupe. Against the light ground, the pattern feels fresh rather than heavy, and the colourway keeps the motif gentle and slightly faded, giving it an antique, country-house character. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a cool but softened focal fabric; it works especially well with painted timber, pale oak and chalky neutrals. The blue-green notes keep it calm in daytime light, while the larger repeat gives drapery or upholstered accent pieces real presence.

A cool, airy linen with a refined botanical pattern that lifts pale and natural interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
