About this fabric

This fabric is woven in a composition of 68% linen, 24% polyester and 8% viscose, with an approximate width of 133cm and a repeat of V 40cm / H 67cm. In this colourway, the pattern sits on a light ivory ground with muted old blue, sage and oatmeal notes, so the overall effect feels gentle rather than high-contrast. The scrolls and roundels are clearly defined but still soft at the edges, which lets the fabric keep a relaxed, decorative character. Its mid-weight make-up and the supplied care and fire information, Q 8 + T 3 and √BM, make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Old Blue on a pair of armchairs or a relaxed blind where the small floral details can be appreciated up close. It works especially well with pale oak, plaster pink or stone-toned linens to let the blue-green outline stay airy.

Pair with chalky neutrals and weathered timber to keep the pattern feeling fresh.
