About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, Belvedere Red has the slightly slubby, breathable look of a natural cloth, with the pattern sitting cleanly against the ground. The large repeat, approximately V 81cm and H 134cm, gives the floral arrangement room to open out across broad drops or long upholstery runs. In this colourway the red reads as warm coral rather than a deep primary tone, with pale blue, sage and cream highlights that soften the overall effect. The result is decorative but not overpowering, with enough texture in the weave to keep the surface feeling tailored and considered. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.
How to use it
Use it on an occasional chair, curtain panels or a sofa skirt where the coral ground can bring warmth without feeling too saturated. It works especially well with chalky whites, weathered wood and faded blue-green accents.
Pair with calm neutrals or faded blue accents to let the painterly motif stand out.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Belvedere Red without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
