About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this Brooke Stripes fabric has a naturally dry, lightly slubby surface that suits its relaxed tailoring. The stripe is drawn in soft duck egg and blue-grey tones, set against a warm pale ground that keeps the overall effect quiet rather than sharp. With a vertical repeat of 0cm and a horizontal repeat of approximately 7.5cm, the pattern reads as a clean, regular stripe across the 140cm width. The tone is cool enough to feel crisp, but muted enough to sit comfortably in classic schemes. It is suitable for both upholstery and drapery, with fire code √BM and care code Q 8 + T 3.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored armchair, roman blind, or upholstered headboard where the soft blue stripe can bring definition without heaviness. It pairs well with chalk white, pale oak, and other washed blues for a calm, coastal-leaning room.

A crisp linen stripe that feels fresh and tailored, ideal for relaxed classic interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
