About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen and measuring approximately 137cm wide, Casimir Red/Green has the crisp, natural handle expected of a classic furnishing linen. The design is set with a vertical repeat of 73cm in a half drop, and the generous scale gives the floral heads and trailing foliage room to open out across a wider seating or curtain run. The palette combines bright red blooms, olive and sage leaves, and touches of ochre and muted plum, all softened by the light ground so the print feels decorative rather than heavy. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

This colourway brings warmth and pattern to upholstered chairs, cushions or a statement banquette, especially against painted woodwork in cream, stone or muted green. It also works well in a room that needs a lively traditional note without losing the freshness of the linen ground.

Use to add a lively, traditional accent with plenty of character.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
