About this fabric

This colourway pairs a washed green background with slim cream stripes and fine red pin lines, giving the design a gentle country-house feel rather than a sharp contrast. The cloth has an understated slubbed surface that reads clearly in the weave, which is in keeping with its 84% viscose and 16% linen composition. With a width of approximately 140cm and a vertical repeat of 0cm / horizontal repeat of approximately 12cm, it is straightforward to pattern-match across larger runs. The overall effect is light, airy and slightly aged, making the stripe feel settled rather than bright.

How to use it

Use it on a pair of loose armchairs or a tailored blind where the sage ground can soften timber and painted finishes. It also works beautifully with natural linen, pale oak and muted red accents for a layered classic scheme.
