Kampala Khaki pairs a muted khaki olive ground with a dense bamboo-leaf pattern in soft tan and straw tones. The design feels detailed and organic, with the motif standing out clearly against the darker base.

About this fabric

This Larsen fabric from the Kara collection is composed of 70% linen, 23% viscose and 7% polyester, with a width of approximately 128cm and a repeat of V 78cm / H 128cm approx. The weave reads matte and natural rather than glossy, which suits the earthy khaki ground and gives the printed leaves a gently textural look. The palette mixes olive, taupe and pale oat tones, so the pattern has warmth without losing its subdued character. With Q 8 + T 3 care and a √BM fire code, it is a practical decorative textile with a grounded, tailored feel.

How to use it

Use it on relaxed occasional chairs, cushions or a statement blind where the khaki ground can soften wood and rattan. It also works well with putty, moss and warm timber finishes for an understated, layered scheme.

A soft khaki base with leaf motifs that bring a tailored, earthy calm to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
