Kumasi Gull

Kara FabricL9273-03

Kumasi Gull is a gentle, leaf-patterned fabric with an open, airy feel on a pale buttery cream ground. The softly shaded foliage reads calm and understated, with just enough tonal variation to keep the design alive.

About this fabric

Woven in a 40% Linen, 30% Cotton, 30% Viscose blend, Kumasi Gull has the relaxed character of natural fibres with a smooth, refined finish. The repeat is approximately V 77cm / H 43cm, which suits the large-scale leaf motif and its staggered, floating placement across the cloth. The colourway is a very soft cream with muted grey-green and taupe leaf tones, so the pattern stays light rather than bold and the overall effect feels breathable and serene. At approximately 130cm wide and with fire code √BM, it is a practical decorative fabric for schemes that want pattern without visual weight.

How to use it

Use it for curtains, Roman blinds, or a statement headboard where the pale ground can lift a darker room. It pairs especially well with warm woods, chalky paint colours, and natural linens that echo its quiet, organic mood.

A soft, airy leaf motif that keeps the room light and quietly decorative.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
