About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is 100% polyester and supplied at 145cm wide, with a 29.5cm pattern repeat and care code AQV1<. The black base gives the repeating tree motif a strong graphic contrast, while the clustered leaves read in muted gold, beige and a touch of sage. The overall effect is smart rather than glossy, with a dry-looking surface appearance that suits the detailed, small-to-medium scale pattern. Its regular repeat gives it a disciplined rhythm, making the colourway feel orderly and refined rather than busy.

How to use it

The deep noir ground works well on statement chairs, ottomans or cushions where the tree motif can be seen clearly. Pair it with walnut, aged brass and warm neutrals to bring out the softer metallic notes in the print.

Use with warm woods and brass for a refined, evening feel.
