Luxor FR Rosso has a lustrous, richly woven look with flowing vertical waves that read as elegant and decorative. The deep garnet ground is lifted by lighter ruby and gold-toned threads that catch the light across the surface.

About this fabric

Woven in 93% polyester and 7% lurex, this fabric has a structured jacquard handle with a subtle metallic glint rather than a flat matte finish. The 140cm width and 35.5cm vertical and horizontal repeat make the pattern easy to plan for larger upholstered pieces. Rosso is a saturated red colourway, but it is softened by earthy, beige-inflected highlights and dark wine shadows, so it feels warm and layered rather than bright. The repeated wave motif gives the cloth movement and depth, with the lurex thread adding a restrained sheen as it shifts in the light. Care instruction NQT1< should be followed to preserve the finish.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or tailored banquette where the red tone can feel opulent against walnut, brass or deep green accents. It also works well as a statement drapery fabric in rooms that need warmth and a touch of shimmer.
