About this fabric

Woven from 53% cotton and 47% linen, Merrin Stone has a balanced textile texture that suits both furnishing and window applications. Its small ivory pattern forms a repeated angular lattice across the stone-beige ground, creating definition without strong contrast. The vertical pattern repeat is 11 cm and the horizontal repeat is 9 cm, keeping the motif suitably refined on upholstered pieces and wider curtain lengths. At 132 cm wide, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the warm stone tone to soften a neutral sitting room, pairing it with chalky whites, oatmeal and natural timber. The small ivory lattice works especially well on a tailored occasional chair, relaxed loose cover or full-length curtain where its subtle rhythm can be seen.
