Imari Teal brings together densely arranged circular medallions on a cool, weathered teal-grey ground. Rust red, faded cream, sage and muted blue details give the pattern an aged textile richness.

About this fabric

Made from 67% viscose and 33% linen, this 137 cm wide fabric has a highly detailed arrangement of overlapping circular motifs, floral rosettes and fine geometric borders. The pattern has a 62 cm vertical repeat and a 137 cm horizontal repeat, allowing the medallions to read clearly across a larger surface. In this colourway, deep teal and sage sit against a softened grey-brown ground, while rust, cream and dusty red accents add warmth without overpowering the cool base. A 25,000 Martindale rub test supports its specified use for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use Imari Teal on a statement chair, headboard or upholstered bench where its cool teal ground can anchor the room, then repeat the rust and faded cream accents in cushions or ceramics. Its large medallions also make a striking curtain or bedspread treatment when the full repeat can be appreciated.
