Ramayana Red/Blue

Coromandel FabricBP10833.1

Ramayana Red/Blue unfolds across a warm ivory ground with layered palms, flowering trees, distant water and small figures. Coral-red blossoms punctuate the cooler blue, sage and charcoal foliage, giving the scene a softly aged, storybook depth.

About this fabric

This detailed scenic design combines blue-green trees, feathery palms, coral-red flowers and tiny figures in a balanced ivory-led composition. The 82% viscose and 18% linen cloth is 138 cm (54.21") wide, with a substantial 124 cm (48.71") vertical pattern repeat and a 138 cm (54.21") horizontal repeat. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, allowing the panoramic scene to be used across both soft furnishings and furniture. Care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use Ramayana Red/Blue on a statement chair, upholstered headboard or full-length curtains where its warm ivory ground can lighten the room while the coral-red and muted blue details supply depth. Align the generous repeat across bedspreads or larger upholstery panels to retain the complete garden scene.

Use the warm ivory ground with aged blue and coral-red accents to bring a richly detailed, collected feel to upholstery, curtains or bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
