Kenton Soft Blue

Kenton Soft Blue has a calm, cool blue-grey ground crossed by a small, repeating lattice of pale threads. The close geometric pattern gives the surface a softly textured, almost handwoven appearance.

About this fabric

Woven from 60% viscose, 18% cotton, 12% polyester, 9% linen and 1% silk, Kenton combines a softly tactile surface with a refined, finely drawn pattern. Its muted blue-grey tone is gently lifted by cream-coloured lines, while the subtle irregularity of the weave prevents the design from looking flat or overly formal. At 140 cm wide, with a 2.5 cm vertical and horizontal repeat, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The 50,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on frequently used upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use this cool soft-blue colourway to bring quiet structure to an upholstered chair, headboard or sofa, pairing it with chalky whites, pale oak and warm neutral accents. Its small-scale lattice also works neatly across curtains or a bedspread without overwhelming a room.
