Lillington Soft Blue brings a cool, muted blue palette to a warm beige ground, with large textured blooms, branching stems and delicate scattered flowers. Sage, taupe and soft brown foliage give the design a gently aged, natural depth rather than a crisp or highly saturated finish.

About this fabric

This fabric is composed of 40% linen, 30% cotton and 30% viscose, with a width of 128 cm (50.29"). The visible design combines blue and blue-grey flowers with sage leaves, taupe branches, small berries and fine butterfly-like details across the beige background. Its vertical pattern repeat is 76 cm (29.86") and its horizontal repeat is 64 cm (25.14"), giving the larger blooms a clear presence when made up. Supplied for curtains and bedspreads, it must not be washed, bleached or ironed and should be dry cleaned professionally.

How to use it

Use this cool soft-blue colourway for full curtains or a bedspread where its warm beige ground can sit comfortably with natural linen, taupe upholstery and sage-painted joinery. The larger blue blooms bring pattern and focus without the sharper contrast of a saturated navy design.
