About this fabric
This colourway reads as a muted apple green with warm yellow undertones, so it feels brighter than a sage but less sharp than a citrus shade. The surface has a lightly brushed, almost frosted effect that catches the light unevenly, adding depth to the plain weave. Made from 100% polyester, Modena is specified for contract use and offers an impressive 80,000 Martindale, making it a practical choice for high-traffic interiors. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and can be professionally dry cleaned in situ or washed at 40°C, subject to the pattern book’s further care guidance.
How to use it
Use this fresh green on banquettes, dining chairs or accent cushions where you want a clean lift without a hard, primary colour. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalky neutrals and brushed brass.
