About this fabric

This plain from the Modena collection is woven in 100% polyester and specified for contract use, with a hard-wearing 80,000 Martindale rating. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request. In this colourway, the beige sits warm rather than cool, with muted sandy and taupe notes that catch the light unevenly across the textured surface. The result is a restrained, practical fabric that still has enough visual movement to stop neutral upholstery feeling flat. Professional dry clean in situ or washable at 40°C, subject to the pattern book care guidance.

How to use it

Use Modena Beige on banquettes, armchairs or loose covers where a warm neutral is needed without a stark cream finish. It pairs well with timber, oak, putty, stone and darker accents for a calm contract interior.
