About this fabric

This substantial textile weighs 402 gsm and has 55 threads per cm, giving the finely detailed botanical design a firm, upholstery-suitable presence. Indigo dominates the ground, while mineral-blue foliage creates a cooler, chalky contrast; small cream and muted ochre accents add definition within the leaf and berry clusters. The pattern has a 63.5 cm vertical repeat and a 34 cm horizontal repeat, so the repeated branches read as a continuous, closely spaced field. With a 137 cm usable width, it offers practical coverage for upholstered furniture while retaining the visual depth of the all-over design.

How to use it

Use the cool indigo-and-mineral palette on a reading chair, headboard or compact sofa, pairing it with mineral blue plains, pale grey walls and light or aged timber. Small ochre details in the floral drawing can be echoed sparingly in piping or cushions.
