About this fabric

Woven from 100% wool at a 150 cm width, this Mulberry Wools V fabric has a clearly defined vertical stripe with alternating russet-red fields and slim sage-green, tan and brown accents. Its slightly flecked surface softens the contrast between the stripes, giving the colourway a mellow, lived-in depth rather than a bright or high-contrast effect. The supplied horizontal pattern repeat is 25 cm, and the fabric is rated to 15,000 Wyzenbeek Cotton Duck rubs. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the russet bands to warm a reading chair, sofa or upholstered headboard, then echo the muted sage lines with plain cushions or painted joinery. As curtains, the vertical striping will add height while keeping the room’s palette earthy and restrained.
