Lindisfarne Stripe Russet/Slate combines narrow and broader vertical stripes in russet, slate, taupe, brown and muted cream. The close-woven wool surface gives the colourway a softly textured, grounded appearance.

About this fabric

The vertical stripe arrangement alternates warm russet and earthy brown with cooler slate bands, while fine cream and tan lines add definition without making the palette feel bright. Woven from 100% wool, the cloth has a tactile, softly mottled surface visible across the swatch. It is 150 cm (58.93 inches) wide and has a 25 cm (9.82 inch) horizontal pattern repeat. Suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, it carries a 15,000 Wyzenbeek Cotton Duck rub test rating; professional dry cleaning is required, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the russet stripes to bring warmth to a slate, brown or natural-toned room, particularly on a tailored chair, sofa or upholstered headboard. The vertical layout also gives curtains and bedspreads a clear, orderly rhythm.
