About this fabric

Melagrana (F8084) is a 100% cotton fabric from Osborne & Little’s Belvedere collection, made in India and measuring 137cm wide. It has a 25,000 rub test and is supplied with UK - BS5852 Cigarette Upholstery compliance, with treatability to BS5852 Match Upholstery and BS5867 Part 2 Type B Curtain. Visually, this colourway pairs a clear blue-aqua ground with coral-red fruit, soft green leaves and pale cream outlines, giving the pattern a crisp, decorative brightness. The printed motif reads with medium scale and a slightly textured cotton surface, so the design feels cheerful rather than heavy. At 255gsm, it sits comfortably in the versatile middle ground for furnishing use.

How to use it

This bright aqua version works well on a small accent chair, bench cushion or covered headboard where the playful fruit motif can take centre stage. It also makes lively Roman blinds or lined curtains in rooms that can handle a cheerful, high-colour statement.
