About this fabric

This 416gsm velvet has a substantial feel suited to upholstery, with a 136.5cm usable width and a standard length of 60m. Its 32cm vertical repeat and 68cm horizontal repeat arrange the blush artichokes and curling botanical stems in a dense, measured rhythm. Against the cool inky ground, the blush motifs read softly rather than brightly, while the olive and pale green leaves add layered depth. The fabric is specified at 57.7 threads per cm, supporting the detailed appearance of the woven design.

How to use it

Use this inky blue and blush colourway on a statement armchair, window seat or headboard, where its dark ground can anchor lighter blush, olive and warm neutral furnishings. Keep surrounding upholstery relatively quiet so the repeated artichokes remain the focal point.
