About this fabric
Woven in a 95% cotton, 5% linen blend, this fabric has a natural, lightly textured handle that suits soft furnishings and curtains. The large-scale floral repeat, with a horizontal repeat of 46.5 and a vertical repeat of 82.5, allows the stems and flower heads to drift across the surface in a spacious, garden-like layout. In this Carneum red colourway, the dominant blooms appear as soft coral and red-orange clusters, lifted by sage, teal, yellow and grey-green leaves on a pale ground. The overall effect is warmer and more saturated than a pastel botanical, but still airy enough to sit comfortably in relaxed interiors. Dry clean only; iron safe.
How to use it
Use Carneum Red for curtains or blinds where the coral florals can glow against daylight without feeling heavy. It pairs especially well with painted whites, warm wood and muted green accents.
