Azolla Blue shows a trailing botanical pattern in watery blues, mint greens and soft ivory across a pale ground. The effect is light, airy and quietly painterly, with the leaf shapes feeling brushed on rather than sharply printed.

About this fabric
Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this fabric has a soft, natural handle and a midweight 230gsm feel that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The design uses repeated fern-like stems with elongated leaf shapes, rendered in translucent layers of aqua, sky blue, sea-glass green and touches of pale grey. Against the light background, the colourway reads cool and fresh rather than saturated, with the whitest leaves helping the pattern feel open and breathable. The horizontal pattern repeat is 70cm and the vertical repeat is 58.5cm, giving the motif a generous, flowing rhythm across the cloth. It is dry clean only and iron safe, with no fire retardant noted.
How to use it
Pair Azolla Blue with chalk white paint, light oak and brushed nickel for a calm coastal look. The soft blue-green tones also sit well with linen cushions, pale timber and other cool neutrals.
Use for airy curtains or Roman blinds where the pale blue leaf trail can soften a room without overpowering it.
