About this fabric

Woven in 54% polyester, 36% viscose and 10% linen, Tivoli Blue has a substantial 350gsm handle and a clean plain appearance with no visible pattern repeat. The weave shows a fine, natural-looking texture with slight slub and cross-grain variation, which softens the blue and keeps it from feeling flat. Its muted denim tone sits between mid and deep blue, giving the fabric a composed, versatile look that works especially well where a calm colour is needed. With a Martindale rating of 90,000, it is suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery, and the iron-safe finish makes it practical for made-to-measure interiors.

How to use it

Use Tivoli Blue on a tailored sofa, armchair or bench for a smart, unfussy finish, or make it up into full-length curtains where the muted blue will read richer in softer light. It pairs well with pale oak, chalky neutrals and brushed metals.

A calm denim-blue tone that works well across relaxed upholstery and tailored window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
