Tivoli purple
Tivoli Fabrictivoli/fa1/dam
Tivoli Purple is a deep plum plain with a softly textured, woven surface and a quietly refined finish. The colour sits in a rich mid-to-dark purple range, with subtle tonal movement rather than a flat, glossy look.

About this fabric
Made from 54% polyester, 36% viscose and 10% linen, this 350gsm fabric has enough substance for upholstery as well as curtains and blinds, with a Martindale rating of 90,000 for heavy-use seating. The weave reads clearly in the image, giving the purple colour a dry, natural texture and a slightly heathered depth. It is a plain design with no pattern repeat, so the interest comes from the cloth itself and the way the plum shade absorbs light. Dry clean only care and iron-safe finishing make it a practical choice for polished interiors.
How to use it
Use this colourway to add a grounded, jewel-toned note to neutral schemes, especially on tailored armchairs or full-length drapes. Its darker plum cast pairs well with warm woods, brass accents and soft greys.
A rich plum tone that brings depth to both tailored upholstery and elegant curtains.

Pairs well with
Tivoli purple is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
