About this fabric

This Sanderson Arboretum Fabrics textile is a 252 gsm fabric with a usable width of 137 cm, so it has enough substance for structured interior use as well as softer schemes. The design repeats every 38.3 cm vertically and 45.7 cm horizontally, and the repeating stems, leaf sprays and berry clusters are spaced to read clearly across a larger surface. Visually, the colourway balances raspberry red berries with pale blue-green and sage foliage, all outlined with fine, naturalistic drawing on an ivory ground. The overall effect is fresh and light rather than dense, with the berry tone providing the strongest contrast in the pattern.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a botanical print to feel bright and uplifting: it works well on cushions, occasional upholstery or relaxed curtains against painted whites and soft greens. The cream ground helps the raspberry and aqua-green notes stand out without overpowering a room.

Fresh raspberry clusters and pale foliage keep the design lively without feeling heavy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
