About this fabric

This Zoffany Tespi Velvets colourway is a substantial 504gsm velvet, making its dense pile particularly well suited to upholstery. Small rounded, almost faceted spots repeat at 2cm vertically and 2.2cm horizontally, creating a compact geometric rhythm rather than an open-scale pattern. The old-gold pile catches the light across each raised motif, while the carbon ground remains deep and graphic in the recesses between them. It is supplied at a 142cm usable width, with a standard length of 50m.

How to use it

Use it on a compact armchair, headboard or occasional seat where the old-gold pile can lift a darker scheme without losing the carbon pattern definition. Pair with smoked timber, aged brass and warm neutral walls to echo its antique gold tone.
