About this fabric

This 340gsm fabric has a substantial mid-weight handle suited to both upholstery and drapery. The design is dominated by oversized peony-like flowers, curling stems and layered leaves, with dusty blush, muted terracotta-spice and parchment tones picked out against the dark blue ground. Fine crosshatched texture is visible across the surface, giving the midnight shade depth rather than a flat appearance. Its 60cm vertical repeat and 91.5cm horizontal repeat should be considered when positioning the large floral motifs, particularly across broad upholstered panels or full-width curtains.

How to use it

Use Midnight/Spice to give a reading room, bedroom or occasional chair a richly layered garden feel, balancing the cool blue ground with walnut, warm oak, aged metal and creamy linens.

Use the midnight ground to anchor warm timber, aged brass and soft neutral upholstery or curtains.
