Pepite Spice
Hillside FabricL9357-04
Pepite Spice brings a warm, earthy rust tone to Larsen’s Hillside collection, with a softly speckled abstract pattern that feels both lively and grounded. The colourway reads as burnt terracotta with deeper spice-brown notes and lighter flecked highlights.

About this fabric
This fabric is composed of 41% Polyester, 25% Silk, 18% Cotton and 16% Linen, giving the surface a subtle tonal depth that suits the peppered, layered motif shown here. The design repeats at approximately V 56cm / H 70cm and the width is approximately 140cm, so the larger floating shapes have room to read clearly across an upholstery run or drape panel. In this colourway, the terracotta base is warmed by rust and cinnamon-brown patches, while the tiny speckled areas add a dry, granular texture that keeps the overall effect from feeling flat. The result is a smart, cocooning fabric with enough visual movement to carry across statement seating or curtains.
How to use it
Pair Pepite Spice with tobacco leather, smoked oak and aged brass for a rich scheme, or soften it with natural plaster and oatmeal linens. Its warm rust base is especially effective in rooms that need colour without moving into bright orange.
Use with warm woods and matte metals to let the peppered rust tones feel rich rather than heavy.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pepite Spice without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
