About this fabric

Atlas Spice from the Idaho collection by Larsen is a fabric with a compact vertical repeat of around 6cm and horizontal repeat of around 7cm, giving the chevron pattern its neat, regular cadence. The cloth blends 36% wool, 22% viscose, 20% linen, 12% cotton and 10% polyester, and the image shows that mix as a dry, structured weave with a slightly softened handle rather than a glossy finish. In this colourway, the terracotta motif sits over a pale beige ground, creating a warm, sunbaked contrast that feels earthy and inviting. At approximately 140cm wide, it is well suited to tailored upholstery and other interior projects that benefit from a clear small-scale pattern. Care code Q 8 < T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Atlas Spice on an accent chair, ottoman or dining seat to add warmth without overwhelming the room. Its beige ground and spice-red motif pair well with oak, aged brass and other natural textures.

A warm, textural choice that brings earthy colour and crisp pattern to compact seating or accent pieces.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Atlas Spice without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
