About this fabric
Woven in a 142cm-wide fabric with no visible repeat, Whistler Fog combines 29% linen, 21% polyester, 21% viscose, 15% cotton and 14% wool for a balanced, usable cloth. The surface shows small looped flecks and an even bouclé-like texture that softens the colour into a pale fog grey with warmer stone notes in the highlights. It has the look of a mid-weight textile rather than a sheer or heavy velvet, so it can sit comfortably in both upholstery and drapery schemes. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact quality.
How to use it
Use it to calm down darker timber, blackened metal or charcoal upholstery, where its misty tone will lighten the room without feeling stark. It also suits layered neutral schemes, adding texture in a way that keeps pale walls and linen tones from looking too flat.
