Whistler Ice Blue

Idaho FabricL9318-04

Whistler Ice Blue is a softly textured bouclé with a cool, misty surface and a gently peppered looped weave. In this colourway, the blue reads as a very pale icy grey-blue rather than a strong pastel.

About this fabric

Whistler Ice Blue from Larsen’s Idaho collection is a 142cm wide fabric with a 0cm vertical and horizontal repeat, making it an easy choice where a seamless textured finish is preferred. The composition blends 29% Linen, 21% Polyester, 21% Viscose, 15% Cotton and 14% Wool, giving the surface its tactile, softly nubby hand. Visually, the cloth sits in a pale blue-grey register with subtle tonal variation across the looped weave, so it feels light, cool and slightly chalky rather than bright or saturated. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM noted, it is a practical upholstery textile with a refined, relaxed character.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, sofa or banquette where you want texture without pattern, especially alongside bleached oak, stone and matte metal finishes. Its icy tone keeps a room feeling fresh and quiet, and it pairs neatly with deeper navy, charcoal or soft white.

A cool, easy neutral that works well on clean-lined seating and softens with natural wood.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
