Wren Stripe Blue

Tilbury FabricF4910-01

Wren Stripe Blue pairs a pale, airy ground with slender vertical stripes that read cool and quietly tailored. The embroidered leaf detail gives the stripe a refined, decorative edge without losing its lightness.

About this fabric

This Tilbury fabric by Colefax and Fowler is composed of 41% Polyester, 35% Linen and 24% Cotton, with an approximate width of 132cm and repeat of V 8cm / H 33cm. In this colourway, the stripe sits on a soft off-white ground, while the motif is worked in a very pale blue that keeps the overall effect crisp rather than strong. The surface has a slightly textural, woven look that suits the fabric's relaxed-smart character, and the repeated vertical banding makes the design feel orderly and architectural. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use it where you want a calm, fresh stripe that won’t overpower a room — especially in rooms with white woodwork, pale timber or other washed-out blues. It would be particularly effective on tailored blinds, light curtains or clean-lined upholstery with a coastal or country feel.

A restrained blue stripe that feels fresh and elegant on both curtains and upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
