Foresta Diffused Light/Pebble/Sand

Colour 4 Fabrics FabricHAF0492-01

Foresta Diffused Light/Pebble/Sand is a softly luminous colourway, with an ivory-cream ground brushed through with pebble taupe, sand and pale olive accents. Its irregular, painterly marks create a lightly botanical impression without a sharply defined motif.

About this fabric

The 265 gsm cloth has a visible fine textile texture, giving the pale palette enough substance for a versatile upholstery or drapery application. Cream and warm off-white areas dominate, while taupe and sandy beige passages add quiet depth and stop the surface from reading as flat. Subtle pale yellow-green strokes catch across the design, lending this colourway a diffused, sunlit quality rather than a cool starkness. The fabric has a 139 cm usable width, with an 88.5 cm vertical repeat and a 139 cm horizontal repeat; its construction is listed at 35.6 threads per cm.

How to use it

Pair it with chalky painted timber, natural oak and warm stone to draw out the sand and pebble notes. On a sofa, occasional chair or generous curtain, the low-contrast painterly surface adds movement while keeping the room light and calm.

Use this softly layered cream colourway to bring gentle painterly movement to upholstery or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
