Chesil Fabric

Cobblestone Mango brings a bright, sun-warmed orange to the Chesil weave, with the herringbone structure clearly visible in the close-up. The finish reads textured and lively rather than flat, giving the colour extra depth.

About this fabric

This Linwood Chesil fabric is specified for fixed upholstery and carries a 40,000 Martindale rub test, making it well suited to contract and general domestic seating. The composition blends 50% viscose with linen and cotton, which helps create the soft, slightly lustrous surface visible in the swatch. In Cobblestone Mango, the herringbone pattern comes through as a fine, tightly worked zigzag, with a warm orange base and lighter flecks that soften the colour. The 137cm width and dry-clean aftercare complete a practical upholstery specification for tailored furniture pieces.

How to use it

Use this mango tone to lift a neutral sofa, bench or dining chair without losing a polished look. It pairs especially well with timber, tan leather and muted greys, where the warm orange reads rich rather than brash.

A lively mango tone that adds warmth and texture to tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
